We Fitzpatrick & Heavey Homes Ltd are applying for planning permission for alterations to approved planning permission Reg Ref: 25/60186 to include (i) the conversion of 2 no 3 bed detached units at plots 12 & 13 to 2 no 4 bed detached units with rear 2 storey extension, (ii) 8 no 2 bed mid terraced units to 8 no 3 bed mid terraced units with habitable attic room, 1 no roof light to front & 3 no roof lights to rear of each terrace unit at plots 23, 24, 29-31 & 34-36 (iii) raising ridge heights by 600mm on plots 22-25, 28-37, (iv) revised floor plans, elevations & roof plans to house numbers 22, 28 & 32 (v) all ancillary site & infrastructural works, (vi) no increase to approved 39 no. units, (vii) minor alterations to boundary treatments at plots 26-29 & 33, no alterations to road layout, (viii) car parking increase from 55 spaces to 63 spaces, all at lands to the rear/ east of no’s 15-20 Woodlands Park fronting Burke’s Hill, Townparks, Birr, Co. Offaly. The Planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the planning authority during its public opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the planning authority on payment of the prescribed fee, €20, within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application, and such submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application. The planning authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
