The proposed development includes the following: (i) one new super capacitor container, (ii) two new two-storey modular DC containers, (iii) one new control room container, (iv) one new transformer and concrete bund, (v) one new IPP module, (vi) one new ESB MV substation module, (vii) one new PCS module, (viii) internal site access roads and connection to Rhode Green Energy Park road network, (ix) all civil engineering and electrical engineering work, including temporary construction compound, surface water and foul water drainage, landscaping, lighting and security fencing
