Proposed new windows, repairs to lime render including removal of sand and cement render. Proposed removal of dilapidated gable at rear and lowering of abutting lean-to wall at front, stitch repairs to cracks in structure, proposed lowering of ground levels around house, refurbishment of existing rear extension with a new roof, external insulation and relocation of a window.
