Permission will consist of an amendment to the previously approved development under Planning Reference PL19/486. The amendment application will seek to amend the wording of condition 5(l) of Planning Reference PL19/486. The wording of the condition will be as follows: sight distances of 70 metres in 3 of the 4 directions shall be provided from a point in the entrance 2. 4 metres from the road edge of the LS6210 and 1. 05 metres above ground level. A sight distance of 43.5 metres to the south east direction of the junction shall be provided. Sight distances to be measured to the nearside road edge in both directions. Where it is necessary to remove hedges in order to achieve this sight distance, the new boundary should be located clear of sightlines
