Retention and full permission for development at the “Old Magherarney primary School” building which is a protected structure under the Monaghan Development plan number, 41401208 at Templetate, Smithborough, Co. Monaghan H18 YY30 The Development will consist of • retention and completion of internal layout alterations to the building consisting of new sanitary provision and all new associated site works from the previous granted planning permission reference number 23/60058. • permission to omit single storey extension as granted in previous permission • permission to alter the daily operating hours including full day care and afterschool services from that stated in the previous granted permission. The previous permission (23/60058) proposed works consisted of a single storey extension to the northern side to consist of toilet block (which is now being omitted) with new connection to existing sewer served by septic tank, access ramp, elevational changes to the southern façade, internal alterations, upgraded thermal insulation to the walls, floors and roof of the existing building, new fencing to play area to the southern side, demarcation of parking areas with thermo-plastic markings to site, refurbishment of suspended timber floors and timber sash windows and rainwater goods and all associated site works.
