Permission to renovate & Restore the former Courthouse and council offices which is a protected Structure, for use as Artists studios and residential accommodation to include: 1. Demolish shed (constructed circa 1970s) to the rear of original structure including asbestos remediation if required. 2.Convert original shed to studio. 3. Convert internal offices to Residential Accommodation and Artist Studios. 4.Reform existing entrance from public road to rear courtyard with the replacement of roller doors with hardwood gates. 5. Provision of parking at rear of building to include disabled parking. 6. Construct clister with canopy over at rear of building and re-landscape courtyard. 7. Replace all existing windows including opening up 7 no. windows on the North façade of the building. 8. Replace existing roof structure including chimneys. 9. Replace dash to external façade with lime render. 10. replacement of original steps to front of building and inclusion of disabled ramped access. 11. Removal of diesel pumps and storage equipment to rear of building and decontamination of site if necessary. 12. All other ancillary site work
