The development consists of; the retention of the addition of 2No. doors to the building which was formally the dwelling house one door being to the front and one to the rear. Full permission for the change of use and conversion of existing dwelling house to farm buildings (Stores & Office) solely for agricultural/farm business related use, in conjunction with this proposal the application will require the removal and/or alteration of condition No1. of a previous planning permission granted, reference number 05/220 (which requested the demolition of the dwelling house) and all ancillary site works. Significant further information received 9/11/16, revised plans submitted relates to alteration of site boundaries and revised information relating to the retention of the conversion of an existing dwelling house to farm buildings solely for the agricultural/farm business related use, in conjunction with this proposal the application requires the removal of condition No 1 of a previous planning permission granted, reference No 05/220 (which requested the demolition of the dwelling house) and all ancillary site works.
