Permission to convert an existing single storey dwelling to a dormer style dwelling. This will comprise the following: 1. Construction of a first floor level including raising the ridge height. 2. Construct a dormer style extension to the front of the existing dwelling. 3. Alterations to the internal layout and all external elevations. 4. Demolish the existing single storey garage and construct a replacement single storey garage elsewhere on site. 5.
