Permission to revise previously granted planning permission under planning ref no. 13/216 which relates to the removal of existing bungalow dwelling, construction of new storey and a half dwelling, installation of new septic tank and percolation area, new vehicular entrance onto public road and all associated site works. The proposed revisions will consist of: 1. Increase in dwelling floor area including associated internal alterations. 2. Elevational changes to include omission of front bay window and porch and the installation of additional window openings and roof lights to select elevations. The further Information and revised plans relate to the retention of a detached domestic garage including the proposed use of the garage as temporary living accommodation pending construction of the new dwelling and also retain new entrance wing walls and piers.
