Permission - for alterations, extension & refurbishments at this site Mullancross House. The development consists of the following works: (i) Demolish existing single-storey rear extension located at lower ground level and erect a new single storey extension. (ii) Construction of extension at first floor level. (iii) Repair of existing roof structure to include timbers, slate, lead work and rainwater goods in accordance with historic best practice details. (iv) Re-instatement of hardwood timber sliding sash windows in-lieu of previously installed uPVC. All internal window paneling to be reaired as necessary. (v) Removal of external sand-cement based plaster finish and replace with lime plaster finish. (vi) Relocation of existing Electical Meter. (vii) Ancillary internal & external refurbishment works & all associated works
