Consist of RETENTION/completion planning permission. The proposed development completes the unfinished development previously partially constructed under register ref. 0530018 and 1139001 but with some amendments to house types including the substitution of 4 semi-detached houses in lieu of an apartment block. The development now proposed largely builds on existing foundations already constructed and will consist of the construction/completion of 31 no. dwellings as described below: (a) 8 no.
