Replace the existing internally illuminated single sided corporate sign which currently has a total adverising area of 6.25m2 and is located along the south western boundary of the site, which was previously granted permission under planning reference 03/51 by Monaghan Town Council on 23/3/2004. It is proposed to replace this sign with a new double sided internally illuminated 7m high flagpole sign with a double sided banner which will have a total advertising area of 17m2 thus providing an additional area of 10.75m2 on this site
