Construct a 3 storey new formulations extension located in the south west corner of the existing warehouse. The extension will incorporate 2 new stair towers and will require raising the roof level above the existing warehouse roof level. A new warehouse extension located to the southeast corner of the existing warehouse comprising a 583M2 warehouse building14.3m high to match the existing warehouse. An extension of the existing silo corridoor and 2 new 30m3 ingredients silos located to the north east of the existing wet process building. A single storey chiller room to be constructed to the eastern side of the existing milk intake building. Relocation of the visitors car parking spaces to the landscaped area to the east of the main reception building. A temporary site entrance for construction traffic during the construction of the new extensions to be located at the northern end of the site, together with a contractors compound and temporary construction offices and welfare facilities. This application relates to a development on a site with an existing Industrial Emissions Control license P0687-02.
