Proposal description

Existing riverbed to be cleaned out as necessary. Install 4.3m wide x 3.5m deep concrete box culvert with in-situ concrete transition between new proposed culvert and existing bridge. Existing embankment to be graded as necessary with the provision of boulder stone pitching and 2.0m wing walls at upstream end. Construction of pumping station compound as detailed on western embankment, decommission old sewer line and lay new same over new culvert. Finished area over culvert to be top soiled and seeded with boundary bollards at 1.5m centres. Existing bridge wall on Northern side of Hall Street to be removed and opened up to new green area.
