3 No. vertical over-ground oil storage tanks (2no. 90,000 litre & 1no. 180,000 litre) for the storage of Derv. repositioned within a new bund wall; retention of 2no. under-ground fuel storage tanks (1no. 90,000 litre Kerosene & 1no. 40,000 litre Petrol), associated fuel pipework and gantry. With permission sought for 4no. additional 55,000 litre over-ground oil tanks for the storage of DERV., marked Gas Oil & Kerosene, gantries, bund walls, associated pipe work & all site development works including repositioned site entrance. Significant Additional Information: 1) Report outlining the impact of the proposed development upon the Dundalk SPA/SAC. 2) Comprehensive site drainage plan. 3) Design specifications for the proposed and existing oil storage tanks (above and below ground) including details of proposed up-grading works to the existing over-ground (vertical) tanks. 4) Evidence of integrity of existing structures to be used for the storage of oil. 5) Details relating to the disposal of contaminated yard and bunded areas waters including interceptor details. 6) Details / specifications of proposed bunded walls. 7) Drawings detailing staff facilities provided and revised proposals for the treatment and disposal of the waste waters. 8) Risk analysis posed by the development to both surface and ground water.
