Proposal description

The development will consist of:1. Modifications to the stand alone PE hall building previously approved in planning permission CB 12/1 resulting in a larger basketball regulation sports hall (increased from 15.8m x 26m to 18m x 33m) resulting in a building with total floor area of (1,039m2). All other accommodation to be as planning permission CB 12/1. 2. Construction of a new extension to the front (west facade of the school) facing onto the Dublin/Carrickmacross Road to provide a new canteen with kitchen facilities, housed under a pitched landscape roof with rooflights. 3. Site works including the relocation of two parking spaces currently located at the front of the school to a new location at the rear of the school, repositioning of existing sculpture at the front of the school, relocation of existing drainage routes, ancillary site works and general landscaping. Site works to include site set up/hoarding and temporary construction entrances off Dublin/Carrickmacross Road. 4. The works will be carried out in two phases as per planning permission CB 12/1
