(A) Change of use of first floor from office space and gymnasium to restaurant with associated kitchen and sanitary facilities and 1 no. one bedroom apartment. (b) Refurbishment works to north elevation first floor windows and north elevation ground floor entrance door. (c) Provision of security shutter to north elevation ground floor front entrance door. (d) Works to east elevation to consist of provision of 1 no. window and recessed balcony with glazed units and door to service apartment at first floor level.
