Construct a single storey portal frame building to be partly used as a plant hire and repair unit and partly used as a coal storage unit. It is also proposed to construct a lean-to car washing area comprising of a concrete bay, silt trap and wash down separator. These works will require a new pumped foul sewer connection and a storm drainage connection including all other ancillary site works
