For the development which consists of the following :- 1. Demolition of 2 no open side slatted cattle sheds. 2. Construction of a 1315m2 slatted cattle house with 1 no additional underground slurry storage tank. 3. Provide new roof to existing silage pits. 4. Raise the levels of adjacent gound to farmyard and create new concrete apron. 5. New entrance off public road to new yard area, including new walls, piers and gates. 6. Installation of new waste water treatment plant with pumped discharge to raised mounded percolation area. 7. Landscaping to new concrete farmyard. 8. Install underground water harvesting. 9. Install petrol interceptor to connect to existing storm water drainage network. 10. Create agricultural entrance to lands on southern side of public road (Ref: LT 47013). The RETENTION of the developement consists of the following :- 1. Five no. existing silage storage pits. 2. Existing single storey shed incorporating Machinery Store/Bale Store/ Tool Store and Grain/Meal store. 3. Existing partially complete underground slurry tank. 4. Changes to existing weighbridge control room and offices building from that granted under planning reference 11/156. 5. Stone boundary walls to front of existing dwelling/farmyard. 6. Lorry wash down area.
