The development consists of:- proposed works to Gatelodge1, located to the south west of the entrance gates, consist of the change of use and adaption as a community facility, restoration of the external fabric to include the restoration of existing roof structure, replacement of the existing roof covering, lead work and rain water goods to replicate historic details, new roof structure and alterations to existiing porch to accommodate draught lobby, restoration of existing windows and iron work, and cleaning, repairs and re-pointing of existing stone and brick work to front and side elevations. Internal works to consist of complete internal refurbishment, re-instatement of the first floor to its historic position, relining of external walls, general redecoration and new heating, plumbing and electrical installations. Proposed works to Gatelodge 2, located to the north east of the entrance gates, are to secure the building's fabric. Works consist of replacement of existing roof structure, covering, lead work and rain water goods to replicate existing new roof structure to porch, demolition of existing non original two storey extension to rear, cleaning, structural repair and re-pointing of existing stone and brickwork, removal of all temporary block work and infill panels from all window and door openings, the making good of all cills, jambs and heads to historic detail and the installation of protective security screens to all opes. Internal works consist of the removal of all remaining internal partitions, remaining structural floor members and all in-situ plaster work and cladding to walls and the installation of temporary support structures to walls. Drainage and connections for both Gatelodges to existing public services and all associated site works
