The application site on which permission and retention permission are sought extends to c. 1.4 hectares in area and forms part of a site granted planning permission in 2017 under ABP Ref. PL.17. 247489/PA. Ref. No. TA/160093 that is currently under construction and known as "Effernock". The proposed development relates to the western part of the permitted development site only.
