The proposed development consists of the retention of an existing single storey rear extension as part of the existing permitted sessional preschool. The proposed development also seeks permission to alter the terms of condition No. 2, of planning register ref. No. NT/140020 & in doing so increase the number of children who can attend the preschool at any one time, from 8no. children to 16no. children. Such an increase to 16no. children is sought for a limited temporay period only until the end of June 2019, and thereafter will revert back to a maximum of 8no. children at any one time, in accordance with the terms of condition no.2, of planning register ref.
