The retention of three variations to the development at Crossdrum House, Upper Crossdrum, Oldcastle, Co. Meath, a Protected Structure, approved in Planning Permissions No's KA/200910, Granted 14/10/2020 and 21/1125 granted 04/10/2021. The variations are as follows: - 1.0 Replacement of the derelict, slated roof of the plant room, with a flat, stone-paved terrace and a masonry, parapet wall. 2.0. Conversion of structural, undercroft of new drawing room into laundry/ancillary area. 3.0. Opening of arched, sideboard recess in original dining room to create a new, access arch into the drawing room extension, including the re-location of new drawing room fireplace to west, external wall to facilitate this. Planning Permission is also sought for the lime-washing of the lime rendered, external walls of the original house and the new extensions, to achieve a unified colour finish
