The Variations are as follows: - 1.0 Replacement of the derlict, slated roof of the Plant Room, with a flat, stone-paved terrace and a masonry, parapet wall. 2.0.Conversion of structural, undercroft of New Drawing Roominto Laundry/Ancillary Area. 3.0. Opening of arched, sideboard recess, in original, Dining Room to create a new, access arch into the Drawing Room extension, including the re-location of new, Drawing Room fireplace to west, external wall to facilitate this.Planning Permission is also sought for the Lime-washing, of the lime rendered, external walls of the original house and the new extensions, to achieve a unified, colour finish
