The development will consist of demolition of a modern single storey office and modern boiler house annex to the west side, construction of a new plant room, new ramped access and alterations to the screen wall at the west side, construction of a new bay window to the south side, alterations to the roof and windows to the modern first floor annex to the west side, replacement of the modern roof to the front porch, minor alterations to the plan layout to improve kitchen/utility, bathroom & bedroom accommodation including renewal of modern kitchen & bathroom fittings, enhancement of fire safety and upgrading existing modern mechanical and electrical services throughout together with various associated internal & external repairs
