Proposal description

The development will consist of: 1) construction of a new pedestrian access and relocation of existing access from Cloran Road via a new recessed entrance serving the proposed dwellings; and 2) the construction of 12 dwellings arranged on a site of c.0.4 hectares. The proposed dwellings consist of 2no. 3 bedroom semi-detached two-storey dwellings, 2no. 3 bedroom terraced two-storey dwellings, 2 no. 2 bedroom terraced two-storey dwellings, 3no. 2 bedroom terraced single-storey dwellings and 3no. 2 bedroom detatched single-storey dwellings.
