The proposed development will consist of the construction of a first floor over the existing single-storey dwelling, thereby converting the dwelling to a two-storey dwelling; the conversion of the adjoining domestic garage to a home office; alterations and extensions to the existing ground-floor layout; the removal of the existing roof and construction of new roof structures and profiles; alterations to all elevations, including new and revised window and door openings; Juliet balconies at first-floor level; new external finishes; and all associated internal and external alterations.
