I, Shane Spillane, intend to apply for planning permission and retention permission for a development at Clongill, Donaghpatrick Navan Co. Meath. The development will consist of the following: Retention Permission is being sought for: 1) minor floor plan and elevational alterations to dwelling currently completed to wall plate level stage, which vary from those as previously granted under planning ref KA200552. 2) all ancillary site development works. Planning Permission is being sought for : 1) to complete the construction of existing two storey dwelling and domestic garage currently at wall plate level stage, 2) to install a proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, 3) to complete entrance onto the road along with entrance gates, walls and piers, 4) all ancillary site development works.
