Proposal description

The development will consist of permission for replacement of 2No. internally illuminated fascia letter signs, 1No. replacement panel to existing high level entrance box sign. Replacement of 2No. high level internally illuminated box signs to sides of existing entrance tower and 2No. internally illuminated box signs to front and rear fascia of drive-thru canopy. Also, the addition of 1No. new internally illuminated bucket portal door surround at main entrance and 2No. internally illuminated hanging signs, to be mounted internally behind glazing. Also, the addition of 2No. new non-illuminated vinyl graphic signs applied to the existing cladding on side elevations. Permission is also sought for replacement sign panels to 2No. existing non-illuminated directional signs and 1No. existing non-illuminated height restrictor sign within the car park area
