Proposal description

The development will consist of modifications to the development permitted under Reg. Ref. 23/580 with the approved name of ‘Rooske Gardens’. It is proposed to change the location of the permitted below ground surface water attenuation tank from its permitted location north of the permitted units to an area within the permitted central courtyard. The proposed development also includes landscaping and all associated ancillary and site development works to include modification to the layout of pipes, conduits and associated works. No changes are proposed to the permitted buildings. All on a total site area of approx. 1.19ha. The proposed development is located within the curtilage of a protected structure (Dunboyne Castle)
