the development will consist of the installation of a 36 m high multi-user lattice telecommunications support structure accommodating antennas, dishes, remote radio units (RRU’s), aircraft warning light and lighting finial, together with associated telecommunications equipment. The development will include ground-based equipment cabinets, power and fibre infrastructure including an ESB mini-pillar and fibre chamber, all within a compound enclosed by 2.4 m high palisade fencing with a 1.0 m wide access gate. The development will also include construction of a new access track connecting the compound to the existing access track and all associated site development works to facilitate the provision of high-speed wireless data and broadband services
