The development comprises 314 no. residential units consisting of 234 no. houses, 2 to 3 storeys in height, comprising of 3 no. 2-bed houses, 167 no. 3-bed houses, 64no. 4-bed houses and 4no. apartment blocks, 1 to 5 storeys in height, accommodating 80 no. apartments comprising, 17no. 1-bed apartments, 63no. 2-bed apartments with balconies/terraces; a childcare facility (c. 396.3 sqm) at ground floor of apartment Block D.
