The development will consist of the demolition of the existing rear freestanding storage shed and the construction of a single-storey rear extension measuring 5.0m long by 6.43m wide, providing a total internal floor area of 27.396m². The extension will contain a kitchen/ living room and utility room. The extension will be constructed with a flat roof design, incorporating a slight fall towards the north/west to facilitate effective drainage. The flat roof will be contained within a parapet.
