The development will consist of change of house type from that previously granted permission for replacement dwelling under planning reference no. 21/664 to two storey dwelling. entrance and driveway. The development will also consist of permission for the following (a) Revised location of proposed replacement dwelling on site from that previously granted permission under planning reference 21/664 together with revised site boundaries. (b) Detached domestic garage, (c) retain and renovate the existing dwelling being replaced for use as a proposed home office and games room which will include modifications to elevations and plan layout for ancillary use to the main dwelling house.
