Demolition of existing stable buildings, barns, sheds and staff residential accommodation and the construction of a new farm complex consisting of American barn/stable block including staff canteen, managers office, two staff apartments, machine shed/cattle shed incorporating straw and hay storage, lunging ring, horse walker and dung stead.
