Vehicular access to the development will be via the existing access road from the Rooske Road. The proposed development also provides for car parking spaces, bicycle parking spaces, bin storage, ESB sub station, landscaping, playground, boundary treatments, vehicular and pedestrian site access and all associated site development works including service connections, lighting, foul and surface water drainage/attenuation and water supply/storage. On a total site area of approx. 1.19ha. The proposed development is located within the curtilage of a protected structure (Dunboyne Castle)
