The development will consist of: alterations to development previously approved under Reg. Ref. TA160093 (An Bord Pleanala Ref PL17.247489) comprising: (i) the replacement of the centrally located three-storey building, accommodating a medical centre at ground floor level and 4 no. apartments at first and second floor level, and connecting two-storey creche facility with 1 no. two storey building comprising creche/ medical centre uses with associated vehicular parking (20 no. spaces), bicycle parking (10 no. spaces)., set down parking areas (7 no. spaces), 8 no. single-storey one-bedroom maisonettes (3 no. House Type P1/3 No. House Type P2/1 no. House Type P3 / 1 no. House Type P4), 4 no. two-storey three-bedroom houses (3 no. House TypeC1/1 no. House Type C2) and 3 no. two-storey four-bedroom houses (3 no.
