The development will consist of the refurbishment and extension of the existing house and outbuildings. In detail: 1.) The demolition of two single-storey wings to the rear of the house and a modern first floor addition. 2.) The refurbishment of the existing house including the replacement of the roof, refurbishment of the timber windows, conservation of the internal woodwork, panelling and historic plasterwork and the installation of new mechanical and electrical services including underfloor heating. 3.) The construction of a new extension to the rear and side, all single storey with a partial basement level. 4.)
