A 10 YEAR PLANNING PERMISSION IS REQUESTED DURING WHICH PERIOD APPROXIMATELY 165,000 TONNES OF BYPRODUCT SOIL AND STONES WILL BE IMPORTED FOR THE PURPOSES OF LAND RECLAMATION.
