The development shall consist of planning permission for the demolition of an existing porch to the front of the existing dwelling house and for the demolition of a flat roofed shed section to the rear of the development site. Permission is also sought for a storey and a half style extension to the existing dwelling with an annex link to connect the existing dwelling to the proposed extension. Permission is also sought for internal and external modifications to the existing dwelling with the construction of roof dormer elements to both the front and rear roof planes and to include all other ancillary elements as per the application documents extending to site services and development works associated with this permission
