Permission for the construction of 24 no. residential units comprising the alteration, extension, refurbishment and subdivision of existing derelict two storey house to 2 no. 1 bedroom apartments, 1 no. block of duplex apartments along Main Street comprising 3 no. 1 bedroomed apartments and 3 no. 3 bedroomed apartments, 1 no.l block of duplex apartments comprising 3 no. 1 bedroomed apartments and 3 no. 3 bedroomed apartments, 1 no. block of duplex apartments comprising 5 no. 2 bedroomed apartments and 5 no. 3 bedroomed apartments and all ancillary and associated site development works including site clearance works, new vehicular entrance off Phlás an Ghearlánaigh, new pedestrian access of Main Street, car parking spaces, communal open space area, cycle parking, bin storage, hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatment works. The proposed development will also include amendments to the previous planning permission ref. no. 21187 currently under construction to include revisions to road layout adjacent apartment block no. 2 and all ancillary and associated site development works
