Permission for development to consist of the conservation of 8 St Peter’s Place (Protected Structure ID : DB-032) to return the property from vacant to use as a single family dwelling including necessary ancillary infrastructure upgrades for Fire, Electrical and Water Services as well as Conservation & Repair of historic fabric and energy upgrades in line with best practice in Traditional Buildings. The works will include: 1. Conservation & like for like repair of all historic fabric throughout the property. 2. Reinstatement of the kitchen in the lower ground floor & associated infrastructure. 3. Removal of non-historic ceiling & joist repairs in lower ground floor. 4. Repair & conservation of front and rear façade. 8. Re-roofing of outhouse in rear yard using like for like and salvage slate. 9. Upgrade & repair of rainwater goods on rear façade. 10. Localised conservation & like for like repair of all windows throughout. 11. Localised conservation & like for like repair of damaged and boasted plaster throughout. 12. Comprehensive, but sensitive electrical & water upgrade throughout. 13. Re-bed & repoint entrance steps in lime & Replace non-historic handrail. 14. Installation of 1no. external water tap on front façade in a discreet location. 15. Minor Sundry Works
