Permission sought for a 10-year planning permission for: 1. Alterations to the existing Drogheda-Baltray Wastewater Pumping Station (WwPS) comprising: a) Demolition and removal of the existing access gate. Construction of new access gate and alterations to the existing boundary wall. b) Construction of gantry crane, vent stack, and 2 no. kiosks. c) Construction of a raised platform supporting 1 no. control kiosk, 1 no. odour control unit, and the laying of above and below ground pipework. d) Below ground construction of a new emergency storage tank, including associated pipework, covers, manholes, and concrete slab at ground level. e) Replacement of macadam hard surface area. Proposed soft landscaping to the site boundary. f) All ancillary site works and temporary working areas. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with this application
