Permission for (a) the construction of 99 no. dwellings comprising a mix of house types and apartments including: (i) 57 no. 2-storey, 3-bedroom dwellings with pitched roof profiles and private rear gardens (House Types A, B & F); (ii) 21 no. 2-storey, 2-bedroom dwellings with pitched roof profiles and private rear gardens (House Type C); (iii) 8 no. 2-storey, 4-bedroom dwellings with pitched roof profiles and private rear gardens (House Type D & G); (iv) 2 no. duplex units (Type Y1) comprising 2 -storey, 3-bedroom units with private balconies/terraces; (viii) 11 no. 2-bedroom apartments (Apartment Types X1 and X2) with private balconies/terraces, together with associated circulation areas, bin storage, 48 no. secure bicycle parking spaces and 8 no.
