Permission for the following works: 1. Extension to existing facility to include production area, storage, processing area, circulation space and staff welfare facilities at ground floor level along with production mezzanine area, plant room and processing area at first floor level. 2. Associated alterations to existing floor plans and elevations. 3. Existing building to receive new wall cladding and windows in keeping with extension design. 4. New extended service yards which will cater for parking and loading of goods. 5. Utilise and alter existing site entrance off existing roundabout for HGV entry only. 6. The provision of associated car parking spaces along with alterations to existing car parking and provision for electric vehicle charging spaces. 7. Site works to include external plant areas, 1 no. silo, 2 no. waste storage tanks, 3 no. pallets stores, bunded plinth area for IBC containers. 8. Provision of associated site lighting, new security fencing and boundary treatments. 9. The installation of façade signage and directional signage. 10. Demolition works consisting of existing 2 no. prefabs, existing waste storage area, existing smoking shelter and existing external plant room. 11. The provision of all hard and soft landscaping works and associated site works for connection to existing services including new proposed attenuation works. 12. All ancillary and associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared and accompanies this application
