Associated service yards which will cater for parking, loading along with associated security ac-cess barrier and skip storage.7.Ancillary structures including for an ESB substation building, an external plant area, a security hut, a bin storage compound, smoking shelters and a forklift charging compound.8.Provision of associated site lighting, security fencing, boundary treatments and gates. 9.
