This will include the construction of 1. a new entrance from public road, non-illuminated signage and front boundary treatment and planting, 2. extension of footpath from village to proposed development, 3. 2 No. GAA spec playing fields, 4. A detached single storey clubrooms to provide dressing rooms, kit rooms, kitchen, meeting room/ office, storage rooms, toilets, plant room and referees room and PV solar array atop south facing roof slope, 5. a new detached single storey machinery shed, 6.
