Permission for a residential development to comprise of a total 57no. apartment units as follows: (a) The provision of a total of 57no. apartments units consisting of 30no.1 bed units and 27no. 2 bed units across 3no. buildings. Block A comprises 10no. 1 bed units and 9no. 2 bed units over five storeys, Block B comprises 10no. 1 bed units and 9no. 2 bed units over five storeys and Block C comprises 10no. 1 bed units and 9no. 2 bed units over five storeys. (b) Provision of associated car parking at surface level via on-street parking. (c) Provision of electric vehicle charge points with associated site infrastructure ducting to provide charge points for residents throughout the site. (d) Provision of associated bulk & bin storage facilities at surface level within the 3no. proposed apartment blocks (A, B & C). (e) Provision of associated bicycle storage facilities at surface level adjoining the apartment blocks. (f) Upgrade works to the existing internal estate road and footpaths.
