The development will consist of the demolition of single storey extensions and outbuildings (sheds) to the rear and side of the existing two storey dwelling and the construction of a new two storey extension (dwelling) to the rear and side of the existing dwelling. It will include for reconfiguration of the internal layout of the existing dwelling. It will include the construction of a new single storey domestic garage to the rear of the site, realignment of the existing vehicular entrance off the public road (R132), the installation of a new wastewater treatment system/percolation area, increase in site area to include new boundaries (south and west) and all associated siteworks.
