Fichidi Lane Developments Ltd. are seeking permission for a residential development, on a site in the townland of Moneymore, located to the south/south-east of the Port Access Northern Cross Route (“PANCR”), west of The Twenties / Twenties Lane and the Monastery of St. Catherine of Siena, Drogheda, County Louth. The proposed development consists of 72 no. 2 storey houses, comprised of 8 no. 3 bed detached houses and 64 no. 3 & 4 bedroom semi-detached & terraced houses. Vehicular access to the development will be from Twenties Lane to the east.
